Warranty at a glance

How can I cancel my order?

You can submit your cancellation directly to us using the online form. Enter your order details, check your information, and finally confirm the cancellation by clicking the "Confirm Cancellation" button.

Do I have to give a reason for the revocation?

No. You do not need to give a reason for your cancellation. A voluntary field for the reason for cancellation can be offered, but must not be required for the submission of the cancellation.

How long do I have to cancel my order?

For goods, the statutory withdrawal period is generally 14 days. The start of this period depends on the date of receipt of the goods and the specific delivery situation. You can find complete information in our withdrawal policy.

Do I need my order number?

The order number enables us to quickly and uniquely identify your order. You can find it in your order confirmation.

Will I receive a confirmation?

Yes. After you confirm your cancellation, you will immediately receive an electronic confirmation of receipt. This will contain at least the information submitted, as well as the date and time of receipt.

Is a return automatically a cancellation?

Not necessarily. Revocation is your clear declaration that you wish to revoke the contract in whole or in part. The return, on the other hand, concerns the actual return of the goods. Therefore, you should explicitly communicate your revocation.

What is the difference between revocation and complaint?

A cancellation concerns the reversal of a purchase within the applicable cancellation period. A complaint, on the other hand, concerns, for example, a damaged, faulty or incorrectly delivered item.

If a product is defective, you should contact us via our complaints page so that we can specifically investigate your concern.
